In addition to general civil engineering, JDA is a specialist in Water Resources Engineering including irrigation and drainage design, flood control facilities, and hydrologic studies. JDA is currently the contract engineer for several irrigation districts in the Yuma area and has much experience in planning, design, and construction of canals, pipelines, turnouts, and pump stations
